Our Story
From a simple product to a greater calling.
R828 Ranch began in 2023 with a simple product, a cowboy hat rack, and a verse that held special meaning for our family: Romans 8:28.
My husband, Rodney, helped design our first product, and together we dreamed about what the future might hold for the brand. Long before R828 Ranch was born, God had already been writing our story. One of the greatest blessings of our lives came in 2015 when we brought our son home from China. His adoption was a beautiful picture of God's love and redemption and remains one of the highlights of our family's journey.

What we could not have known was how deeply Romans 8:28 would shape our lives in the years ahead. After a brief battle with cancer, Rodney went home to be with the Lord. While we miss him every day, we rejoice in the assurance that he is healed, whole, and in the presence of Jesus.
Through seasons of joy, unexpected hardship, and profound loss, I found myself continually returning to God's Word. As I studied Scripture, I discovered a deeper understanding of God's character, His promises, and His redemptive plan woven throughout every page of the Bible. More than anything, I wanted to help others experience the same confidence, hope, and understanding that comes from knowing God through His Word.
Today, R828 Ranch exists to help believers fall in love with Scripture, understand God's redemption story, and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Through The Redemption Story Bible Study Companion, our mission is to equip readers to engage God's Word with confidence and discover the life-changing truth found within it.
At the heart of everything we create is a simple belief: God's Word is not just meant to be read—it's meant to be understood, treasured, and lived.
